Psych me up and watch me go, if anyone needs me I’ll be following Ghost Car down whatever highways or byways it takes for me to get enough fuzz to build myself a nice big nest. Phwoar, this is one hell of a ripper and things are about to get messier than a student house after an almighty blowout. Christ that was weak, I can do better… I won’t, though.
Big on the whole Riot Grrrrrl vibe, this track brings the guitars in heavier than Fat Albert and absolutely everything about it screams pure desire and energy for making an almighty riot that’ll have the neighbours peeking out from behind the curtain to see what all the fuss is about before they inevitably return to their dull daily lives. But if you’re in the back seat of this particular vehicle you’ll be awake for days on end, howling for more and never quite feeling like you’ve got enough despite the fact it’s brought down everything around you because you’ve just simply not been able to focus on anything else.
It’s fuzz, it’s punk, it’s everything that a powerful anthem should be. Oh, and there’s a second track (‘No History‘) which is also a HUGE BANGER. So check them both out, ja?
