On the one hand, it’s mainstream indie pop that could easily be just another run of the mill identikit band. On the other hand, it’s a right good song that means you won’t be able to sit still while you’re listening to it. Soft and warm while being a bit of a pulsing indie beat, this is the ultimate musical oxymoron and it works surprisingly well.
