Having never been on a bullet train, it’s hard to identify with the core subject of this tech-fuelled stunner from pizzagirl but I’ll have to do my best.
It does motor along at a surprising speed and without too many elements going into the engineering there’s a real sense of something technologically beyond my understanding at work making this all work so well. Imagine how good this would be on a video game. Actually, that’s what it is – a video game soundtrack that’s been brought to life and mixed with a layer of human emotion and stories to create a final track that’s part man, part machine and all absolutely top drawer.
Maybe I’ll ride a bullet train one day. Maybe I’ll even get to go on the tube some time again soon. Remember trains? Anyone?
