In the time that The Mono LPs have been around and smashing it, I’ve left home, left several jobs and written more than 1,000 of these stupid little things. And yet, they’re still sounding as fresh and exciting now as the day I first heard them. While I’m sat here, possibly in my pants.
The best band in the world with a cellist, the Liverpool-based bunch are really bringing the heat with this latest offering that’s full of bite and powerful energy. As gritty lead vocals pair perfectly with sweet backing harmonies, the track rampages on and any interlude from this going at full throttle is incredibly temporary.
This is music made for getting your heart racing and any directors of thrillers would do well to invest in this now for that pivotal chase sequence you’ve been working on day and night.
