For some people, making music comes easily. It appears that Social Haul have such a knack, and this rampaging beast is a real early highlight on their aural CV.
There’s something really satisfying about sticking this on loop and having that final declining riff leading straight back into the opening again – but then maybe I have too much time on my hands. The alt-rock trio have previous too, with TRAAMS frontman Leigh Padley involved highlighting that they very much know what they’re doing. With an LP on the way in June via FatCat Records, this is a very promising sign of things to come.
Now, continually hearing that the singer is a thirsty boy has me absolutely parched so I’ll have to go get a good old fashioned ginger ale. Ah, refreshing.
