Starting off like a classic children’s TV show, M Field’s latest track is a precious gem of a track that may seem small at first but has enough light to do some real damage.
Definitely one for fans of Vampire Weekend, the intricate guitar work is fantastic and the shuffling rhythm of the track is a light enough touch to keep everything feeling positive throughout. There’s always time in my book for some non-sensical vocals, why use words when you can just make sounds and have fun with it all?
Never adding the slightest element of darkness to your day, this is lighter than what even the most impressive fat free yoghurt claims to be. A true joy to listen to and the perfect thing to help bring a smile to your face first thing in the morning.
